For 30 years, Eisenblätter
has been developing and producing hand-held
grinding machines, deburring machines and
grinding tools for surface working and reprocessing
for non-ferrous metals, iron, steel and
stainless steel, aluminium, hard plastics
and wood.
Eisenblätters innovations have
marked milestones in the establishment of
grinding technologies.
At the end of the 1970s, Eisenblätter
developed the first fan grinding disc for
fast running angle grinders. Today, Eisenblätter
have the MAGNUM® COOL TOP® Longlife
a grinding tool right out of the
top drawer. In 1974, a patent was granted
on a linear grinding machine. This LFS 100
became a multiple function grinder for quality
surfaces.
Todays
POLY-PTX, with a range of grinding tools
for a variety of jobs, is a must for craftsmen,
industry and especially metalworking.In
our Geretsried plant, we manufacture fan
grinding discs and machines, grinding and
polishing discs and bearings as well as
surface treatment machines. Eisenblätter
is one of the largest manufacturers of fan
grinding discs. In order to comply with
the quality requirements we have set ourselves,
and manufacture products rationally and
economically, we have had to explore completely
new development processes for our production
technologies. Raw materials that are used
are produced according to ISO 9002. In order
to protect the end-user, Eisenblätter
totally avoids using plates made from glass
fibre or mineral fibres. The main components
are cotton, sustainable raw materials and
plastics that are suitable for food use.
We also totally avoid using epoxy resins.
For situations requiring strong adhesives,
Eisenblätter has developed a new revolutionary
fastening system, and submitted a patent.
This ensures that there are no residual
glass fibre strands during grinding and
trimming, that could damage peoples
health. This way, Eisenblätter has
found a way of providing top quality, professional
technologies at a fair price.
